Read and Write ChangAn MT22.1 ECU by Xhorse VVDI Prog

 It’s a ChangAn Delphi MT22.1 ECU. Here we will show how to read and write ECU using Xhorse vvdi prog programmer.

 

Cut the engine control unit (ECU) shell and locate the wiring diagram.

Use a multimeter to trace and mark the required pins for soldering.

Here is the wiring diagram.

Solder the connection wires to the designated points.

Open the VVDI Prog software, selec 2-MCU- Motorola MC9S12 series- MC9S12XET256 Encrypted option.

Cick “Read Chip ID” to identify the chip.

If the chip is locked, use the “Unlock” function to decrypt the chip.

Read, Modify & Write Data:

Click “Read Data” to extract and save the D-FLASH and P-FLASH data.

Process the data with 3rd party software or tuner.

Write back the modified file.
