2. Please update your Xhorse APP to latest version V1.5.0

1. Add VVDI SuperChip XT27 generate and clone( support 7935 46 47 49 48 8E 4D 4E 4C 8A 8C 11 12 13 etc.)
2. Add Toyota H generate and clone online using VVDI Super Chip XT27(Needs Xhorse APP version V1.5.0)
3. Add SuperChip-remote generate function(remote and transponder prepared at same time)
4. Fix some UI bugs.

VVDI Key Tool Toyota H Chip Copy “504 Request type error”

Problem:
Trying to Clone toyota h chip with VVDI key tool but always get this message.
“504 Request type error”
Any tips? Is there something I need to activate??

Solution: 

VVDI Mini key tool and vvdi2 is only thing that can do it with the new vvdi super chip.

Post starts with VVDI KEY TOOL issues and followed with solution, and finally solved.

I’m having issues here.

I could not calculate on line 4d70 on line I tried and tried and tried. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it and cannot remember my username for the life of me. I have tried everything possible. So with the link above complaints I’m having issues again. I can’t send an email because I’m getting the below wrong 

software version must be like “1.2.3”

Vin code must have 17 alphanumeric characters exclude I, O and Q

Solution:  

I use both 1.4.5 and 1.4.1
You account is the telephone number, then you press SEND and password/code. is sent to you mobile, so you should use this received password to logon as well. If you don’t have account try send email to support

Got the xhorse app working with my vvdi keytool. I guess it does the same as the keytool app.

3. How to use VVDI Super Chip?

Used with VVDI2 v6.5.0 or newer version, VVDI KEY TOOL, VVDI MINI KEY TOOL.

How-to’s of VVDI Super Chip + VVDI2 copy Toyota 8A chip:

Put the original key into the coil of Handy Baby 2, it displays Toyota 8A chip.

Put the original key into the coil of VVDI2;

Put the new remote key (with Xhorse VVDI Super Chip ) into the coil of Handy Baby 2, it displays 8E chip.

Take out the VVDI Super Chip 8E chip.

Connect VVDI2 (with the original key in the coil) to the computer, starts to copy.

VVDI2 identifies the original key info:

Chip type: Tiris DST AES (8A).

Configuration parameter: Toyota H chip (128bit) – Corolla

Click on “Start to copy”.

1). Put the original key into the coil of VVDI2 to read out the key data.

2). Take out the original key from the coil of VVDI2 key programmer.

3) Put the remote key with the VVDI supper chip into the coil of VVDI2.

Writing into the data, it takes about 15 seconds.

4) Online password calculation ( It will deduct 200 bonus points per time for Toyota H chip generation)… Succeed.

5). Writing the data, please wait…

Copy successfully.

Again, put the Xhorse VVDI Super Chip into the Handy Baby 2, it reads out 8A chip.

Copy job is done.

Xhorse New APP: Tokens & Bonus Points

For Xhorse new APP, some users have the same question, how to exchange points to tokens? where is the bonus points?

1. Where is the token service in Xhorse new APP?

Choose “Shop“, then “Tokens“, then use the bonus points to “Exchange” the tokens (200 bonus points = 1 token).

Tokens are used from VVDI MB online password calculation.

2. Bonus points in Xhorse new APP.

Click on “Bonus points” to enter.

The method to get bonus points:

25 bonus points from Xhorse normal-wire remote;

40 bonus points from Xhorse-wireless remote

60 bonus points from universal smart key, the point will be recorded in your device once you use it at the first time.

Remotes can be coded, decode/prepare many times but points you can take from remote only once.

200 bonus points for free by using VVDI BE key pro.

Otherwise one single token for VVDI MB password calculation costs 25USD.

Will VVDI2 change Audi A3 8P 2005 BKC cluster?

Audi A3 8P 2005 BKC change cluster with VVDI2 OK? If not, how to do?

Question:

Audi A3 8P 2005 BKC, i want to change the cluster, but vvdi2 wouldn’t read the old IC.

Answer:

It’s 8P VDO dash with Fujitsu. VVDI does not support them. Read Immodata from ECU (CS, Login, MAC and immo id) get 7th byte from key and transfer to new dash.

Question:

Thanks your reply. I got all data what i need.
From ECU: CS 6 byte, PIN, MAC, VIN, ImmoID, powerclass
From keys: transponder ID and CS 7 byte
After transferred to the new dash, all ok on bench, no SAFE
Installed to the car, SAFE on dash.

I did a short video, no immo fault, strange

Answer:

If you disconnect ECU, does SAFE go away and you get mileage instead?
If so, I guess it is related to powerclass or MAC.

Upload your immoblock from dash and EDC16 eeprom dump or data.

971F1053 is correct one.

VVDI MB 800 bonus points cannot exchange tokens solution

One user’s VVDI MB has 800 bonus points and want to exchange the tokens, but the screen always warns “This device cannot exchange tokens, please contact your dealer to update device combined status”.

But this user was confused that he has no Condor cutting machine but after logging the APP, he always get “Combined Device”.  How to uncombined the device?

Program Benz W215 All Key Lost with VVDI Prog and VVDI MB

How-to: program Mercedes Benz W215 key when all keys have lost using Xhorse VVDI Prog and VVDI MB tool.

How-to’s:

Step 1: Take out the chip from EIS and solder

Step 2: VVDI-Prog: read data

Step 3: VVDI MB – EIS Tools: Load and save EIS data

Step 4: VVDI MB – Prepare key file: Load and save EIS data

Step 5: VVDI MB – Read Write Key: Identify key

Step 6: Solder the chip to the EIS

Step 7: Test the new key and confirm its functionality

In detail…

Step 1: Take out the chip from EIS and solder

Step 2: VVDI-Prog: read data

The chip is: MC68H05X32 (ID69J)

Step 3: VVDI MB BGA Tool- EIS Tools: Load and save EIS data

Step 4: VVDI MB – Prepare key file: Load and save EIS data

– Load EIS file with password

Support motorola eeprom dump

–  select key position for key file (here:key 7, key 8)

Select key file format (here: v51)

Press button prepare key file

Step 5: VVDI MB software – Read Write Key: Identify key

Identify key – load key file – write key – read key (to check if data is written to the new key successfully)

Step 6: Solder the chip to the EIS

Step 7: Test the new key and confirm its functionality

Done!
