Problem:
Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Pro asks sync device to use online function but fails. It reported a device information error when trying to sync the device.
Solution:
1. Update firmware first.
2. If still have this error, go to Language to change another language and change another server in APP setting. Then sync device again.
