You can read BMW EWS4.x immo box by soldering or with Xhorse EWS4 solder free adapter. Here we show how to read EWS4.4 with Xhorse Multi Prog via soldering.
Remove EWS4.4 immo box
You will need mcu adapter to read this data.
Run Multi Prog software, select Immobilizer->BMW->EWS4.x BMW

Read data
Read chip eeprom very fast. 33s only.
Now you can write key with vvdi2 or other programmers using this dump.
