Toyota Yaris 2008 AKL with VVDI Super Chip XT27 or XT57

Here we share one of our customers’ working experience on programming a Toyota Yaris 20019 all keys lost.

It’s blade key Toy47 4D type.

This one no way by obd. Read eeprom and add the key by dump mode.

Eeprom only, you’ve done the hard part getting the box out, read 8 leg, write back and plug in to start.

Did the eeprom, removed the atmel chip, and read the eeprom, he took an Xhorse super chip XT27A transponder and generated one of 2 keys that was in the system, and then wrote back eeprom to the chip, and solder it back, but the car won’t start.

Then also tried XT27B chip, still no lock.

 

Updated:

He did all with VVDI XT57B super chip.
It didn’t work 1st time , but after 2 attempts all worked as it should.

Tried without writing back eeprom after generating the key, didn’t start.
Wrote it back and it worked.

 

FYI:

There are two similar boxes. The immo box is very good hidden.
Whole dash has to be removed for the correct immo box.

 

Xhorse XT1M Failed to Generate Fiat 500X Key Solution

Problem:

Tried to add a spare Fiat 500x blade key with Xhorse vvdi key tool plus using XT1M MQB chip. Process went completely fine until key add part. Original key of course successfully added to the car but XT1M chip says “no dealer key recognized”, even though the generation went fine, tried 3 different transponders, same error.
Did anyone have such an issue?

 

Solution:

Use XT57B super chip to precode Jeep MQB48.

After conversion of xt57b to the MQB Renegade successfully generated dealer key and learned to the car.

That worked, it’s under Special Function -> Convert Super Chip.

In sum:

XT57B adds 8E, MQB49 5C and MQB48 JCI/Jeep IMMO4.5 chip types.

*4A Support Details: Full 4A support is available for Peugeot, Citroen, Dongfeng, Venuci, Renault, Buick, and Chevrolet.

*Nissan Exception: For Nissan, all models are supported except the 2022 Sylphy folding 4A.

XEB510EN: V2 B5 style super remote. With XT27B super chip.

XEB520EN: V3 B5 style super remote. With XT57B super chip.

 

XT58B super remote adds 8E, 5C and MQB48 (Johnson control) chip types.

XT278B cannot do 8E, 5C and MQB48 JCI chips. It only does MQB48 VDO type.

Xhorse XT57B Not Match Device Region Error Solution

Problem:

Xhorse VVDI Super Chip XT57B doesn’t generate ID49 chip. It says the chip region not match the current device region Any solution?

Solution:

Chips and devices are region locked.

You got the Chinese version XT57B super chip. It only works with CN version xhorse devices.

Do buy XT57B Global English version from vvdishop.com.

Can Xhorse Super Chip XT57B Clone MQB48 MQB49?

 Question:

Will Xhorse vvdi key tool max pro + XT57B super chip clone VAG MQB48 and MQB49 chips?

Answer:

No, XT57B cannot clone MQB48/49 chips.

XT57B supports MQB48 and MQB49 chip types. But they are not used for cloning MQB systems. They only be used to generate and program them.

NOTE:

The XT57B chip has region limitations. The global version cannot be used with Chinese version device, and vice versa. What we sell is the global version, which can only be used with global version key tools.

XT57B is compatible with mini key tool, key tool max, key tool max pro, key tool plus and key tool MIDI.

VVDI2 and old VVDI Key Tool cannot generate XT57B chip.
