Xhorse Multi Prog VW EDC17C64 Failed to Load Solution

Problem:

Xhorse multi prog programmer failed to read VW EDC17C74 ECU on bench mode.

Software reported an error: failed to load S0.

How to fix it?

Possible solutions:

1. Check voltage must be more than 13.5 volt.

2. Internet disconnected. Check Internet connection.

3. Wrong connection with device. Double check bench wiring connection.

 

If still have the same issue after checking all the above, send a diagnostic report to Xhorse engineer for analysis.
