Generate Ford ID49 Remote using Xhorse MQB Smart Remote

Tips to generate Ford Fusion/Mustang/Edge ID49 902MHZ smart key using Xhorse remote.

This option says it is compatible with NXP-smart key, XM38 smart key, XM38 Toyota, XM38 Hyundai, XM38 BMW. But actually, only Xhorse XSMQB or B5 super remote can be used to generate Ford ID49 remote.

 

Example:

Generate Ford Mustang ID49 key, ID 0521 (FCCID: M3N-A2C931426) using Xhorse XSMQB smart remote.

It detects the chip type ID49 after generation.

Key tool max detects the key frequency: 902Mhz.

Xhorse XEPG00EN board does NOT WORK on Peugeot, and Citroen cars with 4A chip. Generation is ok, but not work.

Solution:

You cannot generate this option with Xhorse XEPG00EN PSA remote key.

You should use blue NXP remote.

Or use the ZEB510en B5 model vvdi super remote with XT27B chip to generate.

You can also mqb style smart remote it will work.

 

 

For example:

2019 Peugeot 2008 key XEPG00EN (XT27B super chip) remote is not working. ZEB510EN B5 super remote works perfectly.
Works absolutely fine.

VW Golf MK7 MQB Super Remote Burn Failed Solution

 Problem:

Trying to make a spare for a VW golf MK7 mqb with xhorse mini key tool, got the super remote but keeps saying use proxy remote even though the cars not proxy. Any ideas?

Solution:

Use mqb style smart key. Mk7 Key is a semi smart. Super remote key is for transponder type key. So you need to use the proxy type key with flip blade.

Actually, it says “support type: Smart Key” so you have to take a XS series.  Smart key required because superchip cannot generate id88.
