Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Convert Ford 4D83 to 4D63

 How-to: Convert Ford/Mazda ID83 4D-DST80 to ID63 4D-DST40 with xhorse vvdi key tool max by manually input parameters.

Here is only converting id83-id63 only. I’m pretty sure it can be done vise versa.

You can’t clone most ID83 80bit keys. True 80 bit ford keys can’t be cloned.  You can clone 4D83 bit for Focus and Kuga models ONLY via xhorse super chip xt27.
Clone 4d63 80 bit is not problem.

You can generate one and program it via obd easily.

 

Read this chip right here, it is 4D83 DST80

Convert to this one which is 4D63 DST40

Here we show you how to change it manually.

 

this is actually working on a Ford F150.

Read this one you got a chip on that

so right now it’s a 40 83 cloneable dst80

so what you do is click Edit and click that DST+

then when you see it’s a 4083

right click that P30

Change to 0046, press OK

once you press ok

you need to press this ‘write’ icon but not convert button

press this icon

xhorse key tool max says p30 write data as 0046

You’re gonna read it again go back now

Still have the same chip on top and read it

There you go, it is 4063 dsd40

i’m pretty sure you can go back and forth

or you can actually just generate it because you have it here

Xhorse VVDI2 Program BMW E87 CAS2 All Keys Lost on Bench

 This is a BMW Series 1 E87 year 2005 CAS2 immo system. All keys have los. key programming is successfully done by xhorse vvdi2 and CAS plug on bench ( also possible by OBD ). Key cutting with xhorse condor xc-mini plus by mechanical key code.

 

Key info.

ID46 Hitag PCF7953

remote key, frequency 866MHz

Remove CAS2 module under the instrument on the driver side

Connect CAS2 module with vvdi2 bmw and xhorse CAS plug

Run VVDI2 software, select BMW function

Press Connect and detect CAS info
Get key cutting code

Press Get key info and select all keys lost
the dealer key should be taken away from ignition switch, if key is keyless, more it out of car
save key info

select an unused key position

insert key to be programmed into vvdi2 bmw
press Prepare dealer key with programmer
vvdi2 ask if key has keyless, press No

make key success and locked.
if cannot start engine, use Add key function add the dealer key to CAS system

install CAS2 module back to the vehicle

Then cut key with xhorse condor xc-mini plus key cutting machine

Test the key and remote control

Done.

VVDI PROG W203 EZS 1J35D Full Backup Wiring Diagram

Xhorse VVDI Prog Failed to Read Land Rover RFA V510 SPC560B60L3

 Problem:

I’m trying read a Land Rover RFA V510 SPC560B60L3 with xhorse vvdi prog and all I’m getting is files full of FFF. It would be great if someone could tell me where I’m going wrong.

Solution:

New RFA with SPC560B60L3 is OTP , you can’t read it.

This MCU is locked and cannot be read or write.

‘If the contents of the shadow flash memory are erased and the NVSCC0,1 registers are not re-programmed to a valid value, the microcontroller will be permanently censored with no way for you to regain access. A microcontroller in this state cannot be debugged or reflashed. In case that the device is censored, the user has to put the right password (NVPWD0-1) in to the buffer for further operation with the device.’

Tips to Write Chrysler Crossfire 1D69J Key with VVDI2

Xhorse vvdi2 can’t generate Chrysler crossfire transponder. Show me unknown file. I read the Motorola 1D69J by vvdi prog.

Solution:

CHRYSLER crossfire has the same immo box as Mercedes SLK.  vvdiprog reads it without problems with its hc08 adapter. You can read with other progammers, orange5 with HC705 adapter, carprog, iprog etc.  VVDI2 won’t write this transponder, you will need other devices.

Optional solutions:

• Load dump on abrites on ML mercedes
• Tango does them but you need Pcf7930 chip as pcf7935 doesn’t work.

• KR55 will generate working remote. Well worth the money.  You can read by carprog using adapter kr55 without desolder mcu. open the file at kr55 or tango and make keys. The procedure lasts less than 10 min
• Or send the file to someone who can make you a key.
